By accessing or using Blend Studio AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blend Studio AI provides AI-powered creative tools for video and image generation, workflow management, and asset storage. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Content and Generations

You retain ownership of the content you generate using Blend Studio AI ("Generations"). However, by using the Service, you grant Blend Studio AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Generations for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.

5. Subscription and Billing

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Credits: Subscriptions include a set amount of credits per month. Unused credits may or may not roll over depending on your specific plan details.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

6. Storage and Limits

Your account is subject to storage limits and concurrent generation limits based on your subscription plan. Blend Studio AI reserves the right to delete assets that exceed your storage limit or assets in inactive accounts after a reasonable notice period.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Blend Studio AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
